Jude Bellingham: Dortmund superstar ‘ready’ to sign for Liverpool after source reveal – pundit

Jude Bellingham is “ready” to sign for Liverpool and make an immediate impact, according to Danny Mills.

Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the ex-Man City and England full-back claimed Bellingham will have “plenty of suitors” in the summer window.

A German source told Football Insider earlier this month (6 February) Borussia Dortmund fear Liverpool are ready to launch a mega summer swoop for the 18-year-old.

As a result, they are set to open contract talks with their player despite the fact he has over three years left to run on his current deal.

This site revealed last year (22 December) Dormund also want to sign Bellingham’s younger brother Jobe from Birmingham City to try and convince Jude to stay.

“Jude Bellingham is ready to fit in the Premier League now,” Mills told Football Insider correspondent Connor Whitley.

“He’s clearly a fantastic athlete as much as anything else and that’s what you need. He’s also got great technical ability as well.

“He’s a fantastic player and without a doubt, there will be plenty of suitors.

“It will be ultimately up to Jude Bellingham and what he decides to do because he’ll have plenty of options.

“That could be staying at Dortmund for another year and play regularly in the run-up to the World Cup or make a move to somewhere like Liverpool.”

Bellingham has played 10 times for England, including three appearances at Euro 2020.

He became the youngest-ever play to represent England at a major competition when he came off the bench during the opening group game against Croatia at Wembley.
