Klopp harvesting something ‘very powerful’ at Liverpool after ‘amazing’ dressing room reveal – pundit

Paul Robinson has heaped praise on Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp for keeping a harmonious dressing room.

Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Spurs and England number one said “it is very, very powerful” when “everyone is pulling in the same direction”.

As quoted by Anfield Watch (6 December), Kostas Tsimikas revealed how tight-knit the squad are, with all players wanting the best for each other.

The left-back has been used rotationally this season, with Andy Robertson the first-choice left-back at Anfield.

However, Robinson finds it hard to believe there are not at least a couple of “sulkers” in the Reds camp.

“Man-management is the hardest thing in football,” he told Football Insider‘s Dylan Childs.

“For Tsimikas to come out and say that about the dressing room is great.

“Do I believe that entirely? No. You do get strong groups of players but there is always one or two who sulk when they are not playing. I’m sure there’s a few sulkers in there.

“For Klopp to keep that dressing room harmonious is amazing though.

Man United

“Just look at all of the noises that came out of Manchester United when Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was in charge. The disgruntlement was there for everyone to see. You do not get that at Liverpool.

“If everyone is pulling in the same direction that is very, very powerful. You do not often get that. Man-management is the hardest thing for a manager.”
