Everton bought Cuco Martina to Goodison park in the summer and he is certainly a big favourite of Koeman, with the pair previously working together at Southampton.

Everton need to make sure they are defensively resolute and Mason Holgate is a much better option in the starting XI.
Martina looks no more than squad player and it would be a mistake to start him again in the league.
