Leeds expected XI v Bristol City: Senior duo axed as Heckingbottom gets tough
Pablo Hernandez (left wing) – Dropped to the bench last weekend but came on at half-time and instantly brought poise and cleverness to the attack. It will be a surprise if the Spaniard does not start at Elland Road ahead of Kemar Roofe, who is not suited to the flanks and had a poor match against Sheffield United.
Ezgjan Alioski (right wing) – Has not been in good touch of late but likely to get the nod to start over fellow senior attacking midfielder Roofe.
Pierre-Michel Lasogga (striker) – Gave Leeds hope with an emphatic header last weekend and the signs are that the German spearhead could go on a run of scoring in the coming games if he gets the right service.
In other Leeds United team news, a 27-year-old has insisted he still has a BIG future at the club after reports he will never play for the Yorkshire giants again.
