Leeds player ratings in win v Burton: Star trio lack quality with 5/10 displays

Forwards

Ezgjan Alioski – 5: By no means his best performance in a Leeds shirt. The winger looked like he was snatching at his chances and did not show the composure needed to get the Whites back into the game. Perhaps he was feeling the pressure and expectancy of securing a result against Burton, but he was not the same threat he has been previously

Pawel Cibicki – 6: While Leeds went into half time 1-0 down, it was not down to the lack of attacking threat of Cibicki. He was a livewire up front, constantly looking to make something happen and creating opportunities which could not be turned home by himself or his team mates.

Kemar Roofe – 7: Utilised as the centre forward option, this match proved why he can be trusted by Thomas Christiansen as a striker this season. His goal, which turned the match around, was well taken and his run to receive the ball was perfectly timed. Perhaps not the front man Leeds were expecting to fire them to success this season, he could well be the key man going forward.
