Vurnon Anita – 6
The former Newcastle defender came on in the 25th minute to play at left-back after Ayling went off injured. He did a solid job in the defence but did not do a lot going forward. A more central role may be better for the Dutchman.
Pierre-Michel Lasogga – 6
Lasogga came on at half-time to replace the misfiring Alioski and had a couple of chances to get a winner. The German’s form is a real worry at the moment, especially when he had the chance to head in Hadi Sacko’s cross in the 86th minute but the ball was just a bit too high.
Hadi Sacko – 6
Made a rare appearance when he came off the bench in the 80th minute to replace Roofe and put in a decent cross for Lasogga to score a winner late on.
