Sources: MK Dons agree to sign Leeds United forward Max Dean
Leeds United forward Max Dean has agreed to join MK Dons on loan, sources have told Football Insider.
The centre-forward, 18, is putting the finishing touches to a move to the League One club until the end of the season.
The transfer will see him link up with former Leeds coach Mark Jackson, who was appointed the new manager of MK Dons on 23 December in a deal first revealed by Football Insider.
United have given the green light to Dean heading to the third-tier outfit in order for him to get his first taste of senior football.
The move is expected to be completed in the next 24 hours.
Dean is regarded as a big talent with the potential to play Premier League football.
He has yet to make his senior debut for Leeds but has made a big impact for the club at Under-21s and Under-18s level.
The teen whizz has made six age-group appearances for United this season, which have yielded four goals.
In total, he has scored 16 goals in 38 matches for Leeds Under-21s and five goals in 14 appearances for their Under-18s side.

Dean was coached by Jackson at Leeds and his attributes are well known to the manager of MK Dons.
Before taking over at the League One outfit, Jackson spent seven months as a first-team coach at Leeds, having previously held roles within the Academy and Under-23s set-up at Elland Road.
