Leeds United fans are all saying the same thing about promotion after latest

Leeds United fans have all given up hope of their club being automatically promoted from the Championship this season.

The Whites are currently second in the table, four points behind league leaders Leicester City, who secured promotion when Leeds lost 4-0 to QPR on Friday (26 April).

But the Foxes have played a game fewer than Daniel Farke’s side, as have third-placed Ipswich Town, who are level on 90 points with Leeds.

Leicester meet Preston North End in their game on hand on Monday (29 April), with the Tractor Boys taking on Coventry on Tuesday (30 April).

Leeds United fans in agreement over automatic promotion hopes

The Elland Road club did top the table earlier in the campaign, but a poor run of form has massively dented their automatic promotion hopes.

And many fans of the West Yorkshire outfit have accepted that the play-offs is now their only route back into the Premier League.
