Leeds United line up talks with two star players – sources
Leeds United will want to tie down Archie Gray, 18, and Crysencio Summerville, 22, to new deals, sources have told Football Insider.
Speaking on the latest edition of Football Insider’s Inside Track podcast, senior correspondent Pete O’Rourke revealed the Elland Road hierarchy will prioritise such contracts.
He added, however, that the Whites remain fully focused on clinching promotion to the Premier League this season.
A Championship title is on the cards for Daniel Farke’s side, who currently sit second in the table, one point behind league leaders Ipswich Town.

The Elland Road club are set to fight off bids for teenage star Gray, with Football Insider revealing (20 March) that they are expected to offer him a contract despite the youngster only just signing a new deal in January.
Summerville meanwhile is attracting interest from both Aston Villa and Brighton, sources have told Football Insider.
“Rewarding the likes of Archie Gray with a new contract I’m sure is high up in the list of the Leeds hierarchy,” he told the Inside Track podcast.
“I’m sure there will be discussions around Summerville’s future as well. He’s been instrumental in their push for promotion and he has attracted interest from other clubs.
“Leeds, like a number of clubs right now, have probably got a Premier League budget and a Championship budget, and until they know where they are going to be, they can’t make any definitive decisions on transfer targets right now.
“Because if they are promoted they will have a lot more money to spend, but if they end up staying in the Championship, they could see players moving on and they might have to use that money to reinvest in the squad.
“It’s all ifs and buts right now, with all the focus on ending the season and winning promotion for Leeds.”
