Leeds United news: Raphinha and Kalvin Phillips ‘looking to sign for Man City and Liverpool’ – pundit
Leeds stars Kalvin Phillips and Raphinha will turn down moves to West Ham if the club return with fresh offers in the summer.
That’s according to former Leeds United stopper Paddy Kenny, speaking exclusively to Football Insider amid Hammers’ interest in the Whites duo.
A West Ham source told Football Insider last Saturday (29 January) the club had a concrete interest in Raphinha.

The Sun reported the next day (30 January) the Hammers were making a record-breaking £50million bid for Phillips.
Kenny can’t see either player moving to West Ham in the summer after a recent dip in form.
“I think it all hinges on what West Ham do in the second half of the season,” Kenny told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“I think West Ham have left themselves short because they didn’t sign anyone in January.
“If Phillips or Raphinha went to West Ham then that would be a sign of the club progressing but that hasn’t happened.
“I’m interested to see what happens to West Ham now because they have dropped off from the start of the season.
“They needed a few fresh faces. This is the business end of the season and if West Ham fall away there is no danger of either player wanting to join them.
“Raph and Phillips, if they do leave, will be looking at signing for Man City and Liverpool.
“I can’t see them going to West Ham. I think it would be a bit pointless.”

Raphinha and Phillips are both under contract at Elland Road until the summer of 2024.
Football Insider revealed on 3 February Leeds are confident of securing Raphinha to a new contract that will make him the club’s best-paid player.
In other news, a Leeds United star has been tipped to join a Champions League giant in the summer after a ‘ridiculous’ development.
