No one expected Douglas to be as good as he has been when he first arrived at Molineux.
The Scottish left-back’s arrival was obviously overshadowed by the mega-money deals going on at the time but what an impact he has made.
Douglas, 28, has been brilliant as the left wing-back, scoring four goals and supplying a staggering 13 assists in 34 appearances in all competitions.
For value for money, Douglas is the best bit of business that Fosun have done at Molineux.
