Liverpool backed to accept £10m Nat Phillips bid after latest – pundit
Alan Hutton has backed Liverpool to accept £10million for Nat Phillips in January.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Tottenham and Aston Villa defender said a move away from Anfield would be beneficial to Phillips.
According to journalist James Pearce, as relayed by Anfield Watch (26 December), the 25-year-old could be allowed to leave Merseyside in January.

Jurgen Klopp’s side value the centre-back at around the £10m mark.
Phillips’ current contract runs until 2025.
He has made two league appearances for the Reds this season for a total of 66 minutes.
The defender was on the bench for the 3-2 Carabao Cup defeat to Man City last weekend (22 December) and replaced James Milner in the first half.
When asked if £10m is a reasonable price for the defender, Hutton told Football Insider: “I think it is.
“He is a Premier League centre-half, he has played games for Liverpool. He has been out on loan and done well.
“He is obviously in the mind of Jurgen Klopp, he obviously trusts him or he would not be playing him.

“If they can get £10m I think that is a half decent figure for someone with experience in the Premier League.
“He is a good age as well. I think going out and playing somewhere regularly he will be playing at a higher standard within himself. So if they can get that I think they will be more than happy. “
