Liverpool backed to complete ‘£120m’ Jude Bellingham deal with ease after statement – Agbonlahor
It may be “no problem” for Liverpool to sign Jude Bellingham for “£120million” next summer if they receive new investment, according to Gabby Agbonlahor.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the ex-Aston Villa and England attacker insisted that Liverpool’s midfield is in desperate need of investment,
Liverpool’s owners Fenway Sports Group released a statement earlier this week (8 November), via BBC Sport, confirming that they would “consider new shareholders”.

The Athletic reported on Monday (7 November) that the club is now up for sale.
“They do need investment,” Agbonlahor told Football Insider correspondent Connor Whitley.
“They need the money to go out and buy the players they need, for instance, Jude Bellingham.
“In the summer, Liverpool should be a club that goes ‘£120million? No problem, we can afford to pay £120million for him because we need him’. They should be able to do that.
“If they can get new owners that is the sort of strength they will have.
“Liverpool are not a million miles away from Man City and Arsenal in terms of their squad. You add three new midfielders and another forward then that squad is complete, the defence is complete.
“Selling the club and bringing in more money to spend on players is what the fans really want and what the squad needs.”

FSG took control of Liverpool from Tom Hicks and George Gillett Jr. just over 12 years ago.
They brought Jurgen Klopp to the club who has delivered the Premier League, Champions League, FA Cup and EFL Cup.
