Liverpool fans expect ‘£50m’ Luis Diaz bid to be accepted as latest footage emerges
Liverpool fans have ripped into Luis Diaz for a poor display against Fulham in which he missed a gilt-edged chance in the 3-1 win on Sunday (21 April).
The winger had a glorious chance to put the Reds ahead in the fourth minute of the Premier League clash at Craven Cottage.
The 27-year-old was on the receiving end of a dangerous cross from teammate Trent Alexander-Arnold, but the Colombian international could not direct his header on target.
Reds right-back Alexander-Arnold fired in a free-kick to put the visitors ahead shortly after, but Timothy Castagne then equalised for the hosts before half-time.

Liverpool did, however, manage to secure all three points as Ryan Gravenberch and Diogo Jota found the back of the net in the second half.
The victory means Jurgen Klopp’s side are second in the Premier League table, level on 74 points with leaders Arsenal, who have a better goal difference.
But many fans of the Anfield club have reserved their feelings for Diaz, who has come under heavy fire on social media for his miss.
