Adam Lallana started in an attacking three for England against Scotland on Friday evening and Liverpool fans were impressed with his display on Twitter.
The 28-year-old attacker bagged his county’s second goal of the match during the 3-0 victory after he finished calmly following a pick out from Tottenham full-back Danny Rose.
Fellow team-mate Daniel Sturridge also scored with Gary Cahill bagging the third goal in the win at Wembley.
A number of Liverpool fans took to social media to comment on Lallana’s display with many celebrating his goal.

The former Southampton star has made 12 appearances for Klopp’s table-toppers this season scoring three goals and providing five assists.
Fans of the Reds will be hoping Lallana finishes Tuesday’s match against Spain unscathed as they prepare for a trip to his former club St Marys after the international break.
Liverpool are currently a point clear at the top of the Premier League table ahead of Chelsea and the team will be keen to avenge a disappointing 3-2 defeat suffered on the south coast last season when 2-0 up at half-time.
