‘Liverpool have re-signed two star players’ after Robbie Fowler reveal

Liverpool fans are convinced that the club have re-signed two of their star players who are running out of contract at the end of the season.

The futures of Virgil Van Dijk, Mohamed Salah, and Trent Alexander-Arnold have been big talking points this season, with all three of their Anfield deals expiring in the summer.

They’re all currently able to communicate with foreign clubs and will be free agents in the summer transfer window, and Liverpool legend Robbie Fowler has now weighed in on the subject.

He told Amazon Prime: “I do have a little theory actually, and I don’t know if this is so far from the truth. I just think two of them have signed already, you know? For some reason, and maybe one hasn’t.

“The simple fact is the club can’t come out and say, ‘You have signed’ and the other one hasn’t, because it makes the other one look worse.

“There’s a possibility that may have happened. If two of them have signed and they come out and say, ‘We’ve signed them’ it puts so much pressure on the other one.”

Liverpool fans believe Robbie Fowler is telling the truth

Nothing has been officially announced by Liverpool regarding the status of the three players, but fans do believe Fowler could be speaking the truth.

Supporters think that the club are “protecting Trent from public pressure,” as they believe Van Dijk and Salah might have signed new deals.
