Liverpool news: Pundit fears Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah to both exit after journalist’s ‘crazy’ update
Paul Robinson has claimed “it would be crazy” if Liverpool allowed Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah to leave within 12 months of each other.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Spurs and England number one said it would be “a mammoth task” to replace the goalscoring duo.
Mane and Salah are both about to enter the final 12 months of their contracts at Anfield.

It has been widely reported that Mane has chosen to leave the club amid interest from Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich.
As quoted by Sky Sports (27 May), Salah revealed he plans to stay for next season regardless of whether he agrees a new contract with the club.
According to The Athletic‘s James Pearce (1 June), the Egypt international would prefer a move to another Premier League club next year if he cannot agree new terms.
When asked by Football Insider‘s Dylan Childs for his assessment of the latest, Robinson said: “It’d be crazy to let Mane and Salah leave within 12 months of each other.
“They are two of the main men in the team.
“[Jurgen] Klopp has just signed a new contract so you wonder why either would leave?

“To replace Mane and Salah in the space of 12 months would be a mammoth task. It would be a game-changer for Liverpool.
“They cannot afford to lose them both. It is far from an ideal situation.”
In other news, Liverpool have been quoted ‘£150million+’ to sign Son Heung-min by an expert after forward’s exit stance is reported.
