Simon Mignolet – 6

Mignolet didn’t inspire the worry that he often can with his sometime eccentric goalkeeping.

He did misjudge a cross in the first-half though, and if you are being really critical you could say that he got WIllian’s cross-shot all wrong.

That would be harsh however – the goalkeeper did reasonably well.

Joe Gomez – 7

Had a good game, put in some decent challenges and some good runs down the wing.

Has been a model of consistency this season and once again was worthy of a first team start.
