Picked by Jurgen Klopp despite his absolute nightmare against Sevilla, and turned in a decent performance.
Had to deal with Chelsea’s excellent Zappacosta but did well and his confidence will be up a bit more following his awful night in Sevilla.
Philippe Coutinho – 5
Had a fairly quiet game by his high standards.
Struggled to get into the match and it was a surprise that he lasted until the 89th minute.
Both Klopp and the player will know he can play much better.
