Liverpool tipped to demolish Leeds United ‘7-0’ after ‘scary’ early team news – Agbonlahor

Liverpool will have “fun” against Leeds United tonight (23 February) and could win 7-0, according to Gabby Agbonlahor.

Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the ex-Aston Villa and England attacker claimed Liverpool’s likely front three of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Luis Diaz are “scary” and will want the game won by half-time.

As quoted by the Daily Mail yesterday (22 February), Jurgen Klopp confirmed he will be without Roberto Firmino and Diogo Jota for the visit of Leeds.

Marcelo Bielsa confirmed via the Yorkshire Evening Post yesterday (22 February) that he will be without Robin Koch.

“At Anfield, Liverpool will have a lot of fun,” Agbonlahor told Football Insider‘s Connor Whitley.

“Salah missed a few games with AFCON so will be looking to get even more goals after scoring in their last game.

“I feel for Leeds. This will be a 6-0, 7-0 for me with the options that Liverpool have.

“Jota’s injured so I’m sure it will be Diaz, Mane and Salah, that’s scary.

“The way Leeds are playing at the moment and with so many injuries, Robin Koch is going to miss the game. I feel for Leeds, this could be a game where they are really embarrassed.

“Liverpool know, after Man City lost to Spurs, they have got a real chance of winning the Premier League.

“They will be out of the traps like you wouldn’t believe, it wouldn’t surprise me if they score a goal in the first few minutes.

“Also they will want to rest players for the Carabao Cup final. Jurgen Klopp will put his best team out and say ‘Have this game won by half-time, I want to be up by three goals at half-time, then the front three can come off straight away’.

“Chelsea played on Tuesday, they had an extra day’s rest. He will want it over in the first half and will not want it to drag out.”
