Liverpool tipped to beat ‘top clubs’ in Jude Bellingham race after source’s update – pundit
Paddy Kenny claims Liverpool could sign Jude Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund this summer.
The former Leeds United stopper, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, suggested the midfielder could be Jordan Henderson’s long-term replacement.
A German source told this site on 30 March that Dortmund are making progress on agreeing a new contract with Bellingham amid interest from Liverpool.

The 18-year-old is already under contract at the Signal Iduna Park until the summer of 2025.
However, the Bundesliga giants are keen to extend their agreement with the midfielder amid interest from Liverpool and other clubs.
Kenny insists Bellingham will hold off on signing this deal until he sees which clubs want to sign him this summer.
“You look at those Liverpool midfielders, they are coming towards the end of their top-level careers,” Kenny told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“Henderson is 31 so he might not have too long left at Anfield, that’s where Bellingham comes in, for me.
“If you are Bellingham, why would you move anywhere else? Liverpool is a club that is only going one place, up.
“Big clubs will want him but Liverpool are doing so, so well.
“It’s clear to see why Dortmund are worried because Liverpool is such an attractive prospect.
“If they put a decent offer in to the player and the club I can see that one coming off.
“It’s up to Liverpool but if they want him this summer, they can get him.

“Bellingham should probably wait to see what offers come in this summer before signing that deal.
“I think that’s what might happen.”
