Liverpool tipped to sign Szoboszlai’s ally – he’s taken league by storm
Liverpool have been tipped to sign Bournemouth full-back Milos Kerkez, sources have told Football Insider.
Speaking on the latest edition of Football Insider’s Inside Track podcast, senior correspondent Pete O’Rourke revealed the Hungary international is being monitored by numerous top Premier League clubs currently.
However, any potential signing does not mean that Andy Robertson’s future is under question as he’s not someone the club wants to lose.
Liverpool could lose three key players next summer as Virgil van Dijk, Trent Alexander-Arnold, and Mohamed Salah are all out of contract after this season.
Well-placed sources have told Football Insider that the Reds will not want to lose another first-team name such as Robertson as he’s a key figure in the dressing room.
Robertson is under contract at Anfield until 2026, and he has started all seven Premier League games this season under Arne Slot.
Liverpool will face competition to sign Milos Kerkez
Liverpool are interested in Kerkez, but they will face serious competition from some of their Premier League rivals to try and sign him.
The left-back is on Man United’s radar as they are looking to improve that area of the pitch due to Luke Shaw’s fitness issues.
Sources have revealed to Football Insider that Arsenal have sent scouts to watch Kerkez play too as they continue to keep tabs on him.
However, should Kerkez make the move to Anfield then he will have an ally in the dressing in his Hungary teammate Dominik Szoboszlai.

Bournemouth are aware of the interest in their left-back and they will demand “big money” to consider any sale.
The 20-year-old has made 40 appearances for the Cherries, picking up one assist.
