Medical expert issues ‘huge’ Liverpool verdict after Mohamed Salah hospital claim
Liverpool superstar Mohamed Salah will see “huge benefits” from replicating Liverpool’s state-of-the-art medical facilities at his home.
That is the view of injury expert Ben Dinnery, who runs the Premier Injuries site and has a background in medicine and data analysis.
Salah, 29, has missed just one game to injury across the last three seasons.

As quoted by the Daily Mail last Saturday (11 June), the Egpytian claimed his remarkable availability record is due in part to his disciplined lifestyle away from the club.
Salah revealed that he has cryotherapy and hyperbaric chambers among other medical facilities at his house, leading his wife to complain that their home “looks like a hospital.”
Dinnery insists that Liverpool will be delighted that the forward supplements their player care regimen with his own personal routine.
“The benefits of that can be huge,” he told Football Insider’s Adam Williams.
“For someone like Salah, who is consistently able to maintain outstanding performance metrics, there will be an understanding and trust that he knows how to manage his own body.
“In terms of the cryotherapy treatment, that will be handled in the club as well. But having that facility at home allows to tailor your own recovery programme.
“We are talking about small margins and trying to eke out every last detail. From helping to regulate sleep patterns to speeding up muscle recovery and increasing aerobic capacity, there are massive benefits to be had from this.
“It’s the same with the hyperbaric chamber. That forces oxygen into the blood and allows the body to recover and repair faster. It stimulates growth and promotes healing.
“It’s all part of that pre-match and post-match strategy to ensure that when a game comes along, he’s in the best position to go out and perform.”

Salah was named PFA Player of the Year for 2021-22.
He ended the campaign with 31 goals and 16 assists in 51 appearances.
