Man City ace Jack Grealish posts throwback message ahead of showdown
Man City star Jack Grealish has taken to social media to re-post a wholesome picture of him and his mother to wish her a happy birthday.
The 29-year-old’s mother Karen Grealish turned 59 on October 23rd with the Man City star preparing for their Champions League tie with Czech side Sparta Prague on the same day.
Grealish is well and truly back in the fold under Pep Guardiola after a stop-start 2023-24 season, playing 539 minutes across 10 games across all competitions.
Guardiola opted to play Phil Foden in their comprehensive 4-0 Champions League win over Slovan Bratislava with Grealish starting in their 3-2 win over Fulham in the next game.

Jack Grealish grew up in Birmingham as a passionate Aston Villa fan, eventually captaining the club before securing a record-breaking £100 million transfer to Manchester City.
His parents were clearly supportive of his dream to become a footballer, and the England international took to Instagram to send a lovely birthday message to his mother.
Grealish and City are hot on the heels of Premier League leaders Liverpool with 20 points from their opening eight league games.
They’re not the only unbeaten team left in the league following Arsenal’s shock 2-0 defeat to Bournemouth on Saturday (October 19).
