Man City ‘fully expected’ to seal more signings as Marc Cucurella alternative emerges – pundit
Paul Robinson “fully expects” Man City to be active in the remainder of the transfer window.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Spurs and England goalkeeper suggested a replacement for Oleksandr Zinchenko would be a top priority for Pep Guardiola.
According to Sky Sports (18 July), Arsenal are hopeful of concluding a £30million deal for Zinchenko by the end of this week.

The Ukraine international would be the second player to move between the two clubs this summer after Gabriel Jesus completed a transfer to the Emirates on 4 July.
Zinchenko’s exit would leave the Premier League champions with no out-and-out left-back in their squad.
German outlet Bild claimed (17 July) that Stuttgart are open to offloading their left-back Borna Sosa, with City and Bayern Munich interested.
When asked by Football Insider for his assessment of the latest, Robinson said: “I fully expect them to go into the market now that Zinchenko is on his way out.
“You can’t lose a player of that kind of versatility and not replace him. He can play anywhere across the midfield and the left-hand side City have got a very good price for him though.

“There’s money there to reinvest. We have not seen the end of Man City’s transfer activity, let’s put it that way.
“Zinchenko wasn’t one of the first names on the team sheet but he certainly played a fair few games. You need to replace that.”
In other news, a finance guru has claimed Man City have exploited a ‘first-mover advantage’ as ‘next big thing’ announced.
