Man City news: Medical expert reveals if Kyle Walker will play v Real Madrid amid ‘massive’ claim
Man City will almost certainly be without Kyle Walker for Tuesday’s (26 April) Champions League semi-final clash against Real Madrid.
That is the view of medical expert Ben Dinnery, who runs the Premier Injuries site and has a background in injury and data analysis.
Walker, 31, has been out with a twisted ankle since City’s last Champions League match, the heated meeting with Atletico Madrid on 13 April.

The right-back had not trained with the first team in the preliminary build-up to the Real Madrid clash and did not make the final session yesterday.
City boss Pep Guardiola has confirmed that he is a “doubt” for tonight’s match, as quoted by club media yesterday (25 April).
And Dinnery claimed that it is “massively” unlikely that he will feature at all against the Spanish giants.
“If you don’t make that final session, it never looks positive for the matchday squad,” he told Football Insider‘s Adam Williams.
“With Walker, we know the nature of his injury. He has been out since the Atletico game which makes things difficult.
“So ultimately I’d be massively surprised if he was involved at all against Real Madrid. I don’t think that’s something Guardiola will really be considering.“

Walker has chipped in with one goal and two assists in 30 appearances this term.
City will also be without fellow full-back Joao Cancelo who is suspended for the meeting with 13-time European champions tonight.
