Man City tipped to axe Jack Grealish after early team news confirmed – pundit
Jack Grealish will be axed from the Man City starting XI if Kevin De Bruyne is passed fit to face Brighton.
That is the view of former Arsenal and Everton striker Kevin Campbell, speaking exclusively to Football Insider about Grealish’s performance in the FA Cup semi-final.
Grealish started against Liverpool on Saturday as City lost 3-2 to end their hopes of winning an historic treble.

De Bruyne was an unused substitute at Wembley after sustaining a knock against Atletico Madrid last Wednesday.
Speaking to club media (16 April), Pep Guardiola revealed the Belgium international was not risked against Liverpool due to stitches in his foot.
When asked by Football Insider‘s Dylan Childs if Grealish did enough to retain his place in the side, Campbell said:
“It all depends on De Bruyne for me. I think he will come straight back in if he’s fit.
“They missed him at the weekend. You have to account for him. Liverpool would have been glad De Bruyne wasn’t playing. They turned the screw right up. When De Bruyne’s on the pitch you have to legislate for him.
“Grealish is not in the same league. Does Grealish keep his spot? Listen, he did alright. He scored but De Bruyne is the man.”

Grealish has endured a mixed start to life at the Etihad.
He has contributed five goals and three assists in 33 appearances across all competitions this season.
