Man City’s Michael Olise pursuit hinges on one factor
Michael Olise could return to the Premier League with Man City, but any deal will hinge on one condition.
Man City’s 1-0 win at Brentford again showed the reliance on Erling Haaland for goals, with the 25-year-old netting his 12th goal of the season in all competitions.
The result extended Man City‘s unbeaten streak to seven matches in all competitions, with just three points between them and league leaders Arsenal in the Premier League.
Pep Guardiola wants to continue adding to his attack, with Omar Marmoush injured and Rayan Cherki having returned to the squad after a spell on the sidelines against Brentford, meaning the pair have had limited impact this season.

Michael Olise move dependent on Oscar Bobb
Olise is also a target for Liverpool, with the Bayern Munich ace being lined up as a Mo Salah replacement.
The 23-year-old already has five goals and six assists in the Bundesliga this season, and has previous Premier League experience at Crystal Palace.
However, as per the Daily Mail [9 October], any move by Man City for Olise will depend on the progress of 22-year-old Oscar Bobb.
Their will be a free spot in the Man City squad with Bernardo Silva set to join Benfica at the expiry of his contract next summer.
Olise can solve Man City problem where Bobb must improve
Man City face competition for Olise, but the Frenchman would add a different flair to the Citizens’ attack.
Cherki impressed when he scored at Wolves on matchday one, though the 22 year old’s injury means he still needs to prove himself.
Guardiola will be hoping Cherki can be a player to add goals and assists to the team, and Bobb also needs to do the same.

Olise could quickly rectify a problem at Man City, and him providing Haaland would be a frightening sight for Premier League defences.
Regardless of Bobb, Man City should sign Olise and beat Liverpool to the signing.
