Man United and Everton wait on record-breaking Franculino Dju transfer after new ‘bid’ submitted
Manchester United and Everton are just two of the many clubs who are keen to sign Midtjylland star Franculino Dju in the January transfer window.
The Guinea-Bissau international is currently the top scorer in the Danish Superliga, with 14 goals to his name from just 15 appearances this season, and that has prompted Premier League links recently.
Everton have been linked with a move for Franculino for several weeks now, and Manchester United have also been reported as part of the list of clubs that are showing an interest in him.
The 21-year-old seems destined for a major European move in the coming months, and both Everton and United will be desperate to get a deal done.

Franculino Dju deal to break Superliga record as Saudi bid rejected
Tottenham are another club who have shown interest in Franculino in the last few weeks, as it looks increasingly likely that he will be moving on from Midtjylland in the near future.
The striker has also caught the eye in the Europa League of late, where he already has three goals this term, including one in his team’s recent win over Celtic.
Midtjylland have been holding out for a record fee for a player from the Danish Superliga, and it has now emerged that they have recently rejected a bid from a club in Saudi Arabia, according to Tipsbladet.
The Danish outlet understands that the offer was worth in excess of £26million, but has already been knocked back.

Bayern Munich are also named as an interested party, while the interest from Manchester United and Everton is noted once again.
However, whichever club ends up landing Franculino will have to pay a pretty penny in order to do so, as Midtjylland are refusing to sell for anything less than £30m.
Franculino ‘friction’ amid Man United and Everton interest
A new striker is a clear priority for Everton in the January window, and they look set to face a major battle for Franculino’s signature.
However, both they and United will be hugely encouraged to see that the player and his agent are causing “friction” with Midtjylland at the moment.
The Danish side have agreed to sell the youngster next summer, but have no desire to do so before then. However, his camp are now “pushing” to see that sale be brought forward to January, and that is seemingly causing conflicts between Franculino’s people and the club.
The pair of Premier League giants will certainly be hoping that the frontman’s agents can influence him to turn his back on Midtjylland, which would surely make them more receptive to the possibility of a winter sale.
