‘Man United are selling Marcus Rashford’ after Sky journalist’s news -fans react

Man United supports are convinced that Marcus Rashford will be sold in the upcoming transfer windows after a new report by Sky Sports’ Florian Plettenberg.

According to Plettenberg, United are open to selling the England international at the latest by the summer but are open to offers in the January transfer window.

His development under Ruben Amorim has been acknowledged, but a sale is being discussed due to his high salary, which would help the club meet financial obligations and free cash for future signings.

United would have more room to manoeuvre in the transfer window by getting the 27-year-old off the books, but he does remain under contract at Old Trafford until 2028.

The versatile forward has played 23 times for the Premier League giants this season across all competitions, scoring seven goals and providing three assists.

Three of those goals have taken place since Amorim took charge of the club, with the new manager having deployed the England international in multiple different positions so far.

Man United fans want to see Marcus Rashford moved on

Rashford has been part of United’s first team since 2016, but supporters are now ready to part ways with him after his diminishing returns in recent seasons.

Fans have told the club to “get it done” and that a potential transfer would be “best for both parties.”
