Expert: Man United delighted by ‘fabulous’ Marcus Rashford news from America
Man United will be delighted that Marcus Rashford is working with some of the best coaches in the world during his pre-season downtime.
That is the view of injury expert Ben Dinnery, who runs the Premier Injuries site and has a background in medicine and data analysis.
Rashford, 24, struggled for form in 2021-22 after undergoing surgery for a shoulder injury the preceding summer.

The England forward has spent recent weeks at the Nike Campus in Oregon where he has undergone a bespoke fitness-building programme.
The Daily Mail reported last Sunday (19 June) that new United boss Erik ten Hag is impressed with Rashford’s commitment to reaching peak physical output ahead of 2022-23.
Dinnery claims that Rahsford is in the hands of “fabulous” professionals in Oregon and is giving himself the best possible chance ahead of the new season.
“It makes sense to use these facilities,” he told Football Insider’s Adam Williams.
“It’s a strange one in pre-season sometimes. High percentages of players will look to work with their own performance coaches and personal trainers in order to get ready for pre-season.
“But how much they will be guided by the club will probably vary from club to club and player to player.
“Would you be happy with your player going to Nike with Oregon with these fabulous coaches and the best facilities in the world? Yes, because you know your player is in good hands with the best of the best.
“Would you choose that over some of the other options that other players are going for? Absolutely, 100 per cent. A change of scenery and different mindset can help a lot.”

Rashford recorded his lowest ever seasonal goal tally in 2021-22, netting just five times.
United begin their pre-season fixture programme against Liverpool in Bangkok on 12 July.
