Man United ‘huge’ exodus gets underway as Sir Jim Ratcliffe oversees ‘total overhaul’

Sir Jim Ratcliffe has begun a “total overhaul” of the recruitment team at Man United, sources have told Football Insider.

The British billionaire assumed full sporting control at Old Trafford following his minority takeover deal with the Glazers in December.

The Red Devils are expected to make huge cuts to their scouting team with around 100 staff in that department currently earning £80,000 per year.

It is understood that United are also in the process of hiring a new head of recruitment as part of the changes to complement incoming sporting director Dan Ashworth.
