Man United fan Luke Littler reacts as Kyle Walker’s Man City exit beckons
Man United fan Luke Littler has reacted to the news that Kyle Walker is set to leave rivals Man City on a permanent transfer.
Walker fell out of favour at the Etihad Stadium last season and subsequently joined Italian giants AC Milan on loan.
The England international made 16 appearances for the San Siro outfit, but could not prevent them from a disappointing eighth place finish in Serie A.
However, the 35-year-old remains a regular feature on the international stage and played in the Three Lions’ loss to Senegal last month.

After falling down Pep Guardiola’s pecking order, Walker was linked with a move to Everton as David Moyes looks to continue his progress with the Merseyside outfit.
However, The Athletic reported [July 4] that the Man City defender is instead set to join newly promoted Burnley, who finished second in the Championship last season.
Sky Sports Football posted on Instagram on Friday: “Kyle Walker is expected to join newly promoted Burnley from Manchester City in a deal that could reach five million pounds.”
The transfer update attracted a like from darts world champion and Man United fan Littler.

The former Tottenham man has enjoyed an extraordinarily successful Man City career, winning six Premier League titles, the Champions League, four Carabao Cups, and two FA Cups.

Walker’s Premier League experience, coupled with his 96 England caps, suggest that he could be an ideal asset for a Burnley outfit who are vying for the modest goal of top-flight survival.
However, the 35-year-old is no longer at the peak of his powers and produced a notably poor performance when England were beaten 3-1 by Senegal at Nottingham Forest’s City Ground in June.
Despite the deservedly strong reputation Walker boasts, the defensive shortcomings he has displayed in recent months could come as a hindrance to Burnley.
On the other hand, he was formerly a world-class player who has enjoyed a career at the top level, whereas the same thing could not be said about the rest of Scott Parker’s ranks at Turf Moor.
