Man United must make Ruben Amorim sack decision now after confirmed news
Manchester United’s hand has been forced regarding the future of under-pressure manager Ruben Amorim following an update to the situation of Oliver Glasner.
Amorim remains in big sack trouble at Old Trafford, despite his side’s win over Sunderland just before the international break.
If the Portuguese manager were to be dismissed, Glasner has been touted as one of the options for Man United, following Crystal Palace’s impressive recent run of results.
Palace beat Manchester City in the FA Cup Final last season and have carried their form into the start of the new campaign.

Crystal Palace open contract talks with Oliver Glasner
Last month, it was revealed that Crystal Palace would push hard to agree a new contract with Glasner, with the Austrian having less than a year left on his current deal.
As it stands, the 51-year-old would leave the South London club at the end of the season.
However, speaking on talkSPORT, Eagles chairman Steve Parish revealed that the club have opened talks with the Austrian regarding a new deal.
He said: “Yeah, we’ve had some early conversations. I mean we would love to keep Oliver, we’re building something. I think for Oliver it’s about the conditions being right.
“Oliver wants to win things. He makes no secret of that. That’s what he’s in football for. He’s in football for those days where we give all that pleasure to the fans and we do as well. So if we can align those interests, then hopefully we can make something happen.”
Man United must act now if they want Oliver Glasner
Despite his abysmal tenure at the club, Sir Jim Ratcliffe is still backing Amorim and wants to give him at least three years at Old Trafford.
However, with Glasner in discussions over a new deal at Crystal Palace, time is running out for the Red Devils to secure the Austrian boss at a reasonable price.

If United decide to wait another three months before sacking Amorim, then Glasner will cost the club a hefty compensation fee to bring in.
Therefore, now is the time for Ratcliffe to decide whether he is sticking with the Portuguese manager for the long term or appointing the Palace boss as his replacement.
