Man United news: Aaron Wan-Bissaka tipped to join Roma after Sky update
Aaron Wan-Bissaka should sign for Jose Mourinho’s Roma this summer as he looks set to leave Man United.
That’s according to former Leeds United hitman Noel Whelan, speaking exclusively to Football Insider about the defender’s next move.
Sky Sports reported on 19 May that Man United will let Wan-Bissaka leave this summer and would be open to a temporary exit if it included an obligation to buy.

Erik ten Hag is cleaning house at Old Trafford as he looks to reshape a squad that struggled for consistency during th 2021-22 season.
The 24-year-old right-back, who moved to Old Trafford from Crystal Palace for £50million in the summer of 2019, ended the season out of the starting XI.
When asked who could sign Wan-Bissaka this summer, Whelan told Football Insider‘s Russell Edge, “I think somewhere like Roma.
“I think he suits an Italian style because he is very defensively minded.
“Jose Mourinho would know him so something like that might work for Wan-Bissaka.
“Other than that, I don’t know. You are looking at the middle of the Premier League table.
“I don’t think he will go to your Liverpools or Man Citys or Tottenhams. Conte wants an attacking full-back and he isn’t that.
“I think that’s the issue and why he might struggle to find a club.”

Wan-Bissaka has made 20 appearances in the Premier League this season.
He has not featured in any of the club’s last four games.
In other news, it can be revealed that a Man United man has only a six-day-a-month deal.
