Man United star can expose one of Arne Slot’s biggest weaknesses to cause Liverpool upset
Ruben Amorim could discover a simple way to claim a shock win when Man United travel to face Liverpool at Anfield.
Jamie O’Hara has already suggested that Liverpool versus Man United is a bigger game for Arne Slot, even with the Red Devils’ manager under major pressure this season.
United have claimed just three wins in the last 20 league meetings between the two sides, and that is not a good omen, especially with Amorim under crushing pressure at Old Trafford.
The Reds are certainly not at their best, currently on a three-game losing streak for the first time since Jurgen Klopp‘s era, and that run could be extended at Anfield on Sunday, 19 October.

Arne Slot has a major problem at left-back
Milos Kerkez has struggled to adapt to life since leaving Bournemouth in the summer, having been hooked against Burnley last month, as well as being replaced just 55 minutes into the Chelsea loss.
The simple fix would be to bring in a replacement, but given that his other option is Andy Robertson, Slot may have to think about adapting another player, like he has done with Dominik Szoboszlai.
While the Scotland international has plenty of experience, that has not stopped his standards from slipping, and this is exactly where Man United can expose their opponents at Anfield.

Amorim has plenty of attacking figures at his disposal, even with a couple of injury setbacks, but there is one key figure who could make all the difference with his runs in-behind the defence.
Bryan Mbeumo can cause havoc at Anfield
According to BBC Sport, Bryan Mbeumo has made a club-high 173 off-the-ball runs so far this season, and with 26 of them being followed by his teammate having a shot, the game plan should be clear.
The 26 shots from his making are a Premier League-high figure so far this term, but with two goals and one assist in eight matches, fans are truly waiting to see the real winger explode for United.
He notched 20 goals and seven assists in the league for Brentford last season, and if the Red Devils want to embarrass their rivals in their own backyard, they will need Mbeumo firing on all cylinders.
Of course, Bruno Fernandes will likely have a large role to play, given that nobody in the Premier League has created more chances than him this season, but his teammate could have his name in lights.
