Man United told to sack Erik ten Hag ‘ASAP’ and appoint Mauricio Pochettino in ‘shock’ twist – pundit
Man United should sack Erik ten Hag and replace him with Mauricio Pochettino.
That is according to Spurs insider John Wenham, who regularly breaks news about the club on his Lilywhite Rose social media channels.
Ten Hag has lost his first two games as Man United boss, leaving the club bottom of the premier league table.

An opening day defeat to Brighton was followed by a 4-0 loss to Brentford on Saturday (13 August).
To make matters worse, Man United face Liverpool in their next game (20 August) with Ten Hag’s side losing last year’s games against their rivals by an aggregate score of 9-0.
Wenham insists Pochettino is the man to improve the Red Devils.
“Man United need to get rid of him as soon as possible,” Wenham told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“I have said to many people from the outset, I do not rate this guy at all. Man United are immediately on the end of humiliating defeats to Brighton and Brentford.
“It is just embarrassing and a shock for a club of that stature and history. The sooner they get him out, the better. Get Poch in.
“Poch improved players instantly. He would do such a better job than Ten Hag. How long are Man United going to let this go on?
“They have Liverpool next, that will be another pummelling, they have zero chance in that game. Last year they lost 5-0 at Old Trafford, humiliating.
“I can’t see anything different happening this time around, they need to make a change.”

Pochettino left PSG at the end of the 2021-22 season.
He is currently unemployed.
