Man United urged to sign ex-Everton star after Marcus Rashford exit news

Man United fans have urged the club to consider signing Atalanta winger Ademola Lookman as a potential replacement for Marcus Rashford.

It was revealed earlier this week that the Premier League giants are open to selling the England international in the upcoming January transfer window, leading to fans speculating who could replace him.

Lookman found the back of the net against Real Madrid on Tuesday (10 December) in a five-goal thriller that saw the La Liga giants win 3-2.

It marked the 27-year-old’s 41st goal contribution in 64 games since the beginning of last season as the Nigeria international continues his impressive run at Atalanta.

The former Everton star has scored 11 goals and provided five assists in 18 appearances across all competitions this season which has gained him plenty of admirers around Europe.

Football Insider previously revealed that West Ham are monitoring the Atalanta forward, but they don’t have the funds to make a bid for him in January.
