Manchester City line up ‘shock exit’ alongside Jack Grealish, £20m price crash on the cards
Jack Grealish could leave Manchester City for as little as £30million next summer.
Grealish has been a revelation at Everton ever since he joined on a season-long loan from Man City in the summer transfer window.
The England winger has registered two goals and four assists in 14 Premier League games so far as he finds his feet following a tough 18 months at the Etihad Stadium.
Grealish won the Premier League Player of the Month award for August, and his fine form has already raised questions around where his future lies beyond the end of the campaign.
City signed Grealish from Aston Villa for a whopping £100million in 2021, but are not set to recoup anywhere near that kind of money as he eyes a permanent exit next summer.

Claudio Echeverri could also be on the move with Jack Grealish
Everton want to sign Grealish permanently next summer, as revealed by Football Insider, with the club currently sitting sixth in the Premier League after four wins in their last five games.
According to reporter Alan Nixon, via Patreon, the two clubs have an agreement in place that would see Grealish join Everton for £50m next summer, but it is not a mandatory deal.
There is, therefore, a possibility that his price tag drops to “possibly as low as £30m”, but that would open the door for rival clubs to approach City over a move.
As well as the England man, fellow loanee Claudio Echeverri could be in line for a “shock exit” following the conclusion of his loan spell at Bayer Leverkusen.
The 19-year-old playmaker has struggled to make an impact in Germany this season, and so could be sold next summer with a buy-back clause inserted into his contract to protect City in case he starts playing to his full potential in the coming years.
‘Incredible’ Echeverri is set to return from Leverkusen loan spell
Echeverri did not make much of an impact at the Etihad Stadium in the final few months of the last campaign after joining from River Plate, but did score his maiden City strike at the Club World Cup against Al-Ain.
Pep Guardiola has called Echeverri an “incredible player”, but he has not been able to show his qualities on loan at Leverkusen this season, with just one Bundesliga start and no goal contributions in 10 appearances so far.
Football Insider revealed last month that City are planning to recall Echeverri in January as a result of his struggles out on loan, in a stark contrast to Grealish’s fortunes at Everton.
River Plate are among the clubs interested in Echeverri, while two La Liga teams and one Premier League side are also tracking his availability, with his second-half of the campaign set to determine his future at the Etihad Stadium.
