‘Manchester United set to seal Alejandro Garnacho exit despite off-field antics’
Manchester United have been tipped to seal Alejandro Garnacho’s departure despite his controversial off-field behaviour.
The Argentina international scored 11 goals and produced 10 assists across all competitions last season, but has generated more headlines for is actions away from football in recent days.
After posing in a Marcus Rashford Aston Villa shirt, Garnacho was slammed for potentially jeopardising his Man United exit.
The winger has little chance of fixing his relationship with Ruben Amorim after his bust-up with the Manchester United boss.

Garnacho tipped to leave amid Manchester United desperation
The 20-year-old’s most recent goal contribution for the Old Trafford club arrived when he notched a goal and assist against Brentford in May, and could prove to be his last for the North West giants.
When asked live on talkSPORT [25 June] if the Red Devils will be able to sell Garnacho this summer, Danny Murphy said: “If the finances are right, and United are that desperate to get rid, Garnacho’s a younger talent and someone will feel they can reign him in because he’s got a lot about him on the pitch.
“I like him football wise.”
Meanwhile, summer signing Matheus Cunha could prove to be a worthy replacement for the 20-year-old, and the former Wolves man suits Amorim’s system better.
Garnacho could be a good signing for Tottenham
Football Insider verdict
While the Red Devils are keen to offload the winger, former Man United chief scout Mick Brown exclusively told Football Insider that Tottenham are preparing a move for Garnacho.

Spurs will have to look elsewhere for their new wideman as Manchester United are set to sign Bryan Mbeumo, even though the Cameroon international’s ex-Brentford boss, Thomas Frank, joined the North Londoners.
Mbeumo enjoyed a successful season last term, notching 20 goals and seven assists in 38 Premier League appearances for the Bees.
But Garnacho could prove to be a worthy alternative for Tottenham as Frank’s men look to enjoy a successful run in the Champions League while enjoying a significantly better top-flight campaign than the one they endured under Ange Postecoglou last time out.
Garnacho’s direct style and eye for goal could help the North Londoners get on the front foot and impose themselves against opponents in the Premier League next season.
