Mason Mount, Toby Collyer react to ‘massive’ Harry Amass message at Man United
Ruben Amorim handed a Man United debut to teenager Harry Amass during their recent fixture against Leicester City, despite him almost leaving the club.
United defeated the Foxes 3-0 on Sunday (16 March) with goals from Rasmus Hojlund, Alejandro Garnacho, and Bruno Fernandes wrapping up an impressive performance.
It stretched their undefeated streak to four games in all competitions, with United having recently progressed into the quarter-finals of the Europa League as well.
Ruben Amorim’s men climbed up to 13th in the Premier League table after the victory as the club leapfrogged Tottenham to place further pressure on Ange Postecoglou.
United are continuing to look upward as they attempt to finish the season in style following their impressive stadium announcement.
The 20-time champions are just two points behind Crystal Palace in the Premier League table, and four points behind Brentford in 11th.

Man United almost cashed in on Amass
Amass showcased plenty of promise during his brief introduction to United fans, but he was someone who the club almost cashed in on during the January transfer window.
Industry insider Mick Brown revealed to Football Insider that United might be forced to sell the teenager amid growing financial pressure at Old Trafford.
Amass was being viewed as a “sellable asset” by United’s hierarchy as he would bring in pure profit, but he was ultimately kept around at least until the end of this season.
