Peterborough owner Darragh MacAnthony has dropped a huge hint that Leeds United may have held talks with him over a move to sign striker Jack Marriott this month. When quizzed by a Leeds fan over whether his team had made any effort to sign Marriott, MacAnthony confirmed that he had held a phone conversation with a 'Championship club up north', suggesting that the Whites could be the team.
