Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is very likely to ring the changes ahead of his side's Merseyside derby clash with Everton at Goodison Park on Saturday.

Mohamed Salah suffered a knock against Manchester City in the Champions League earlier this week and it's likely that the Egypt international will be rested against Sam Allardyce's side.

However, Klopp must forget about Salah for now and unleash the highly-rated Ben Woodburn against the Toffees.

It's the perfect opportunity to show why everyone has been raving about the 18-year-old ace, who already has seven full international caps for Wales.

Woodburn has been rarely-seen this season, making just one first-team appearance in the EFL Cup, but his form in the Under-23s means that he merits a call-up to Klopp's squad.

The Merseyside derby could be the making of the teenage sensation and starting him over Salah would be a massive confidence boost to the youngster who has been ever so impressive.

Klopp earned a reputation of putting faith in youngsters from his time at Borussia Dortmund and it is about time that he does more of it at Liverpool.

Woodburn could be the next big thing at Anfield but no one will know that until he gets played in a big Premier League fixture.

Everton are on their knees at the moment and Woodburn could truly humiliate Big Sam on his home turf on Saturday afternoon.
