Incoming Tottenham recruitment chief Fabio Paratici will tell Harry Winks the club will listen to offers for him this summer, Football Insider can reveal.

The Spurs academy product and fans favourite, 25, has slipped down the club’s midfielder pecking order.

A source has told Football Insider that is not expected to change regardless of the identity of the new manager and new director of football Paratici is charged with negotiating his potential sale.

Tottenham would accept £30m for the 10-times England international, and could even sell for less.

Behind-the-scenes preliminary talks have already taken place about a potential move.

Winks does not want to leave but could have no choice if he is to get regular game time.

He spent 11 years in various executive roles with the Italian giants and will be in charge of Tottenham's transfer and contract negotiations.

He was a regular under former manager Mauricio Pochettino but was limited to just nine Premier League starts in the recently completed season.

Under Jose Mourinho, he made just one league appearance in his final 13 games in charge.
