Matt Doherty replacement named as Tottenham expert names XI v Brighton
Antonio Conte will only make one change from last weekend’s win over Aston Villa when Tottenham take on Brighton.
That is according to Spurs insider John Wenham, who regularly breaks news about the club on his Lilywhite Rose social media channels.
Tottenham welcome Brighton to N17 on Saturday (15 April) as they look to continue their impressive form.

According to football.london’s Alasdair Gold (10 April), Matt Doherty, 30, will miss the rest of this season with a knee injury after limping off in the first half of Tottenham’s 4-0 win over Aston Villa last Saturday (9 April).
He has been a regular starter in recent weeks, playing on the left-hand side with Ryan Sessegnon and Sergio Reguilon injured.
Wenham claims Conte will only make the one forced change for the clash against Brighton.
“No changes for me, other than Doherty, that will be Reguilon I think,” Wenham told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“I think we will see this until the end of the season, just the same team every week.
“Obviously that depends on injuries. We will probably see the same subs made as well.
“Bergwijn has done well recently so it would be good to see him get some minutes.
“But there is no point in messing with the team while everything is going so well.
“The players just need to keep performing, keep winning their games and we will continue to do well.”

Tottenham are fourth in the table.
They have won five of their last six league games.
