Mills issues bold Leeds prediction after ‘huge’ win
The “huge” win over Crystal Palace may act as a turning point in the season for Leeds United, according to Danny Mills.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the ex-Whites and England defender suggested they could find themselves in mid-table before Christmas.
Leeds earned just their win of the season thanks to a last-gasp Raphinha penalty against Palace earlier this week (30 November).

As quoted by Leeds Live after the game, Marcelo Bielsa admitted he felt “relief” and that his squad “could breathe again”.
Leeds host Brentford at Elland Road on Sunday (5 December) before facing Chelsea, Man City and Arsenal before Christmas.
“The result against Crystal Palace is huge for the team and huge for Bielsa personally,” Mills told Football Insider correspondent Connor Whitley.
“Obviously the result and performance at Brighton the previous weekend was really disappointing. There are no two ways about it. It was.
“To get that win, to just edge away from the bottom of the table is absolutely vital. The last thing you want is to be sucked into the relegation zone over the Christmas period. That’s no good for anybody.
“Suddenly you can start to think ‘One win could take us up the table and we could be in 11th or 10th soon’. Obviously, it depends on other results.
“You can start looking at it a bit more positively.”

Despite being down in 15th, Leeds United have only lost once in their last six Premier League games.
They have won twice in that period and that puts them seventh in the form table over the previous six games.
