Mills tips Rangers to land £20m+ windfall after Maguire update
Danny Mills has tipped Rangers to progress in Champions League qualifying despite their loss to Malmo in the first leg.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the ex-Premier League and England defender suggested they “underestimated” Malmo earlier this week and will not make the same mistake at Ibrox.
The Swedish champions scored two quick goals just after half-time in Tuesday’s first leg.
Steven Davis got one back for the Glasgow giants in the dying stages, setting up an intriguing game at Ibrox.
If they beat Malmo they will face Olympiakos or Ludogorets for a place in the group stages.
Finance expert Keiran Maguire told Football Insider today (6 August) they will bank a minimum of £20million by qualifying for the group stages.

“I said it was going to be difficult because you’ve got a Scandinavian side who are halfway through their season,” Mills told Football Insider correspondent Connor Whitley.
“They are fitter, stronger and sharper. If you’re not 100 per cent right you can make it very, very difficult for yourself.
“They can still get through, without a doubt.
“I think Rangers are a great side and it was a little bit of a dip. That goal gets that back into it and gives them a great, great opportunity.
“They will not underestimate the opposition like they did in the first leg.
“They’ve got every opportunity to bounce back. They can easily turn that over and it’s not a huge problem. You don’t want to lose any game but in terms of the tie it shouldn’t be an issue.”
