Moore tipped to reach new heights at West Ham after journalist’s update – pundit
Kieffer Moore could reach new heights under West Ham manager David Moyes, according to Kevin Phillips.
The 2000 European Golden Shoe winner, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, claimed the 29-year-old would be “a good backup” for Michail Antonio at the London Stadium.
Speaking on talkSPORT (11 January), journalist Alex Crook hinted at the Hammers moving for the Wales international when he said “that’s one to keep an eye on.”

Moore is said to be available this January despite starting 15 Championship games in the first half of the season for Cardiff City.
He has 18 months left on his contract with the Welsh club.
When asked by Football Insider‘s Dylan Childs for his thoughts on Moore’s potential signing, Phillips said: “I think he would challenge Antonio.
“Is he in the same mould as what is already there? No. He is similar in his physique but his attributes are quite different. Antonio is strong, quick and runs at players while Kieffer Moore is more of an aerial threat.
“We have seen players progress and get a lot better under Moyesy’s coaching. Maybe he could be another one.

“He would be a good backup for Antonio but I don’t think he’d have the quality to be the focal point of West Ham’s attack on a weekly basis.
“It’d be a step up for Moore. The Premier League is full of world-class players. It’s different.”
