Morgan Rogers responds to Noni Madueke’s ‘real soon’ Chelsea message
Chelsea star Noni Madueke has been out for a month with an injury but the winger posted a fitness update in a message on social media.
The England international suffered a hamstring injury against Brighton on Valentine’s Day, and was substituted in the Blues’ 3-0 loss.
Since then, Chelsea have played four games, winning three, but have struggled offensively.
Madueke’s injury has coincided with Cole Palmer’s worst run of form for Chelsea since he joined the club in 2023, and an injury to Nicolas Jackson.
However, in a new post online, the former Tottenham academy graduate has provided an update on his return from injury.

Noni Madueke celebrates 23rd birthday and tells Chelsea fans ‘soon’
Madueke posted a series of photos of himself on Instagram, celebrating his 23rd birthday, captioned: “Thank you God for 23! Back real soon too, Love.”
The former PSV winger’s England teammate, Morgan Rogers, responded to the post with a message saying: “Cleannnnn”.

The talented winger has become an integral figure at Stamford Bridge, forging a fantastic on-pitch partnership with Palmer.
However, when joining the club, there were concerns about Madueke’s injury record from his time in the Netherlands, and the England international has spent significant periods of his Chelsea career side-lined due to fitness issues.
Chelsea welcome Noni Madueke return for Champions League qualification push
Football Insider Verdict
The return of Madueke from injury cannot come soon enough for Chelsea, as the club make a push to qualify for the Champions League this season.
Man City’s loss to Nottingham Forest has provided a lifeline to the Blues, as their 1-0 win over Leicester on Sunday (9 March), moved them up to fourth in the Premier League table.
Without Madueke, the Blues have rotated between using Palmer, and Sancho at right-wing, and whilst the on-loan man from Man United looked good against the Foxes, neither are naturals in the position.
Despite his injuries this season, the England international is Chelsea’s third-highest goal-scorer in the Premier League, and his availability allows Enzo Maresca to use Palmer in his more natural position behind the striker.
The Blues are now set for a season-defining run of games, facing Copenhagen in the Conference League, and then three London derby’s in the league, against Arsenal, Tottenham and Brentford.
