Murillo superb, Elliot Anderson dismal – Nottingham Forest ratings vs Man City

Nottingham Forest took another huge step towards qualification to the Champions League with a late 1-0 win over Man City.

Nico Gonzalez had the first chance of the game, with a long-range strike glancing off the outside of the post in the 14th minute.

Elliot Anderson was then fortunate not to be punished, as his strong challenge on Phil Foden caught the City star on the shin.

With the game reaching it’s latter stages, Forest turned up the tempo and forced Ederson into a world-class save, as the Brazilian tipped a Callum Hudson-Odoi shot onto the post.

Hudson-Odoi would then give Forest a lead in the 83rd minute, which the Tricky Trees held on to, extending their lead over City in the league to four points.
